Now Corporation (NOW), formerly Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. (ICTV), was originally incorporated on June 5, 1996 as MF Schroder & Co., Inc. to engage in the purchase and sale of securities. In January 2002, the Company was renamed Cashrounds, Inc. with the primary purpose to engage in the business of securities brokerage through the use of information technology. On September 19, 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in the corporate name to ICTV.

On July 24, 2008, SEC approved the change in ICTV’s primary purpose into telecommunications, media (except mass media), and technology. The Company’s new primary purpose covers the business of providing telecommunications, media, and information technology products and services. These include telecommunications value-added service (VAS) through companies duly licensed to engage in wired and wireless, fixed and mobile communications; software and hardware technology, business process outsourcing, call center and other information technology applications; digital media and other media except mass media; as well as activities directly or indirectly connected to these.

On August 16, 2013, the SEC approved the change in corporate name to the present one.
