Assisting Officer for the Annual and Special Stockholders’ Meeting

• Acts as Stockholders’ Meeting Registrar using PSTI’sfully Computerized Stockholders’ Meeting Registration System.
• Assists management on the registration during the meeting
• Prepares register/list of stockholders for the meeting; and, for PSE and SEC reporting
• Prepares reports as required by management for the meeting
