Repower Energy Development Corporation (REDC) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 29, 2013. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pure Energy Holdings Corporation, an investment holding company that engages primarily in renewable energy generation and water system management and distribution.

REDC is a renewable energy developer of run-of-river hydropower projects using a clustered approach method whereby several projects are located in a target area, thereby providing shared economies of scale through the common use of facilities such as distribution and transmission lines.
REDC has six (6) operating hydropower plants with a combined capacity of 10.146 MW, with two (2) more hydropower plants under construction.
